Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced senior accountant to join our growing full-service health education agency, creating award-winning patient education solutions.

Artcraft Health Education has 40 employees and is located in Flemington, NJ.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Strong administrative background
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Superior ability at multi-tasking
• Bachelor degree in Accounting with 2-5 years accounting experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong technical and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and Access

Required skills and job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Account payable
• Account Receivable
• General accounting functions including journal entries and reconciliations
• Monthly Revenue recognition
• Prepare Income and financial statement prep
• Commission report
• Employee expenses and reimbursements
• Review and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
• Project Budget reconciliation
• Invoicing of projects
• Annual Budget preparation
• Time sheets postings
• Vendor vouching and order entry

Compensation:
