Account Supervisor/Project Manager
We are seeking a qualified account supervisor/project manager to join our client services department, a core team in our growing full-service health education agency, creating award-winning patient education solutions.
The ideal candidate must have:
- 2+ years agency experience
- Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Proven leadership qualities
- Passion for detail, accuracy and speed
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, in various stages of project maturity
- Experience in implementing and training document management system
- Working experience with MS Project a definite plus
Required skills and job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Define & manage project approach, scope, deliverables, schedule, resource needs & budget
- Serve as the main client interface during project execution, partnering with Account Executive as lead
- Able to drive projects to completion within scope, budget and timeframe
- Clarify requirements, explain complex ideas and manage both client and internal staff expectations
- Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports and meeting notes and involve teams at optimal levels for project success
- Lead efficient meetings and conference calls
- Clearly communicate project issues and solutions-oriented resolution to the client and internal team
- Understanding of the Pharmaceutical client’s internal review process (medical, legal and regulatory) and attend meetings in person
- Lead the team through the development process using our process and quality control guidelines
