Creative Lead

We are seeking a talented, motivated creative lead to joining our design services creative team, within our growing full-service health education agency.

The ideal candidate must have:

• Passion for success
• Excellent visual and graphic communicator
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Cinema 3D a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven leadership qualities and team player
• Experience leading projects and team members
• 5 years professional experience working in a health or creative agency
• Strong sense of composition, layout and color
• Pharmaceutical experience is a definite plus
• Experience in managing multiple priorities
• Work in our Flemington, NJ office, as part of the creative services team

Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Integrating patient education content with artwork from concept through to completed project
• Participating in client presentation for pitches
• Ability to articulate the rational of design elements
• Interacting with other departments to manage concepts from brainstorming through to final delivery
